bill, this is from the Yamana release, right? I think what it refers to is that highly acidic groundwater seeps out in some places from sulphide deposits, and kills the vegetation at the surface. The extreme acidity is indicative of possible mineral deposits, an 'anomaly'. Walt would know; 207.183.153.73
