If I read it right. Investors will have shares in both companies. For example, if you own 20,000 shares of CBNR, after all is said and done with the PPP deal, you will still own 20,000 shares of CBNR, but, will now have 20,000 shares of PPP also. That's sounds good to me. Rob.
