If I read it right. Investors will have shares in both companies. For example, if you own 20,000 shares of CBNR, after all is said and done with the PPP deal, you will still own 20,000 shares of CBNR, but, will now have 20,000 shares of PPP also. That's sounds good to me.

There's a counter on the pennystock.com link that I posted. When I first read it at 13:28, I was visitor # 2572. When I checked a little bit ago (14:30), the counter was up to 2645! I guess some of those visitors agreed with us and decided to buy/add? Cabec also has a website: cabec.com which has links to another research report: ppplastic.com
