yeah Don I have seen this theory quite a bit (but I always forget it at the appropriate time)...and obviously you back tested it...

Bonnie Bear uses it on the Kahuna thread..

Donald--End of month buying--MARKET LOGIC has been using this strategy for several years, buying index options just prior to the end of the month a selling a couple of days into the new month. They have also found the strategy effective prior to national holidays. Norman Fosback and Glen King Parker, the publisher's of MARKET LOGIC, are great market researchers. All should check them out.
