COMS cooked the books plain and simple. Scam artists.

Well said Tom, all the childish opinions being posted without a true understanding of what occurred has gotten ridiculous and out of hand...even though most of it is generated by those who are well known shorts.

If anyone here thinks the government knows how to do your accounting better than the accountants...just send in all your paper work and let them do your taxes next time.

It may be the SEC asking 3Com to do the books different, but you can bet it's based on someone's interpretation of an obscure portion of the tax code.

Tom

Just had to comment on the "books". The numbers look just fine, it seems that they, 3Com was just too conservative on the adjusted numbers. What blows my mind is how many people overreacted to this including the press. They should go back to accounting 101!

Coms is doing just fine!

regards

Eric
