Andrew,

OK, I see your point why this is generally used to raise money
but usually dilutes shares. I'm wondering if the share buy back
could be put into reserve for this purpose. That would at least
stop any further dilution beyond th 40M we have now. It would
also serve to reduce the float and act as a reserve basis for the
preferred. Am I on track here?
