Floyd, Sorry, I forgot about your earlier post. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I have the answers for you. First, I remember the news of the Oklahoma deal, but I don't know the present status. I'll try to find out next week. Secondly, regarding the number of shares which will be outstanding when it's all said and done -- any guess over 100 million but less than 150 million will be in the ballpark. I believe I remember reading in an SEC filing that 150 million shares are authorized. Regards, Hardrocker
