Jeffery,

I think I'm just too scared to let myself agree with you.

We're really in a pickle because the only real information
we have is that we don't have much information. Its really
hard to value a company on that. Could the situation be
utterly devastating - yup, but I don't think that's likely.
Could the situation turn out to be wholly trivial - yup,
but I don't think that's likely either. There's a whole
lot between those extremes and its just anyone's guess
as to where we really sit. I'd bet that every single
investor is nervous right now (except I'd like to think
that Pino is calm, deep down inside, with knowledge that
his shares are really worth alot more than $11 each).

Here's an avenue we might pursue: How about we each pick
one of ACT's top customers and call them; it will take
some work to figure out who within the customer's
organization is monitoring their ACT contract, but
that person might be willing to indicate whether
any of this stuff makes them nervous or reluctant
to do more business with ACT in the future.

Somehow I have to believe that if the current and future
expected revenue streams are solidly in place then the
stock price will eventually recover. Heaven help us if
the customers decide to take their revenue elsewhere.
