Peacelover, I think you just identified the success formula. Get on the gravy train during the time the big money is pushing a stock, then get off before they pull the plug on you. Do not get greedy!! You can be assured that they will pull the plug after feeding the little guy all the stock they can at inflated prices during the buying frenzy. This appears to have just occurred with Dell and Intel stocks. I bet it wasn't the big money that lost out on the price collapse of these two stocks, which just went through such a buying frenzy. Nobody can tell me that the big money did not know, way beforehand, that Intel was going to make their earnings announcement and the 10% cut in earnings. They knew that it would also affect Dell big time! So the cycle starts all over again. They have also known about CPQ 's earnings picture for quite a while. The big money and its minions dominate the market. They have the inside knowledge. They have the money to drive a price in any direction they want. Live and learn.
