Barry, I think that CPQ problems are going to be much bigger than just "competitive pressures". They need to absorb DEC, and gosh, that would give anyone an indigestion. I am not even sure of this acquisition is digestible by CPQ. DEC is bloated with people and CPQ (used to be) is lean and mean. How do you merge these two animals? I think that CPQ might see the mid to lower 20' before the dust settle (which is more or less what I said when they announced this acquisition). Zeev
