Jack: You are right on in zeroing in on "international" in the KO press release. This is a rollout from a one-plant domestic pilot to a ten-plant international pilot. That speaks volumes. That's how you engage someone to prepare a master plan to fix the whole empire. And KO is truly an empire. I'm amazed at their strategic planning internationally. You can't fix KO with a domestic plan. So you put TAVA in 6 different countries and say, "Report back". KO has to educate TAVA to the complexities of the KO Empire. Now that I know a little about the extent of KO's strategic planning efforts, I've no doubt that KO is already hard at work sketching out a roll out plan - with or without TAVA. TAVA just has to perform well to get the follow on.
