Feedback from TMN conference 500 attendees huge turnout vs. previous years Attendees agreed that TMN is not "if" but "when" market explodes Makeup of attendees were telco designers of TMN networks HP relationship very strong Microsoft also was very postitive on Vertel Cameron Myrhold of MSFT is heading Telco group MSFT very serious to make inroads here Vertel made big strides in it's image against competitors DSET and ISR Global Very few investors showed up Many concluded RETX doing all the right things to turn company around

David H. Zimmer You must have read my message at 4 am because you misinterpreted my message. I stated that vertel may have a bright future as long as the old retix management was out of the way. To fight it out over 9 months to save 1 1/2 million dollars in parachute payments would ultimately a case of winning the battle and losing the war. I was just being careful in explaining that just because I felt this way does not mean that I was condoning such parachute payments. In fact, I detest them. But my personal feeling are irrelevant to whether vertel should have paid the old management off. I stated what alternative did vertel management have? No === I am not selling retix. Also read my previous note to you and see how I complimented you in the YAHOO thread. Or was I too confusing at 2am??????????????????
