Hello all,

DEC traded at $ 49 late friday after the CPQ warning. CPQ was halted but not DEC so DEC trade down $4 from $53 at market close. CPQ may open $4 lower on monday.

Satish, I am wrong again. The footnote says the shares outstanding are before the split in Jan. So Shares outstanding right now are almost 1.6 bill. After the merger there will be 1.75+ I assume. So I hope you are right about those higher margins.
