So why hold the shares? If you can't stand the heat, get out the kitchen. As opposed to your approach: stick your head up your ass and keep quiet. No, I think I like BP's approach and Borland is fortunate to still have him here. If Borland starts lying or being deceptive on a regular basis he'll be gone and so will most others. They paid too much for VSGN and Del needs to stop greasing his friend's palms with our money, period. Borland is still walking up a steep hill and the last thing they need is a loss of integrity.
