So the pc business is still cyclical. Surprise! Surprise! So much for the new paradigm that says companies will always make more money and stocks will always go up. I watched CPQ, DELL, INTC and others sell at PE ratios of between 10 and 15 (on trailing earnings!) for 10 years during the most explosive growth years these companies have seen. They are all WAY above that now. Anyone who thinks these stocks can't fall a lot farther, is wrong.
