Brian, this is excellent news and is better than I was anticipating. However, I am &*@$%!$#!ed off. DEPO has been going up on high volume for two days. This was no accident. There was a big time leak. All I ask as an investor is a level playing field. I'm willing to put in effort to make good decisions. I get really hacked off when I see such obvious insider information at work. In all my dealings with DEPO they have been totally ethical and careful not to provide me with any information that was not in the public domain. I've corresponded with an analyst who follows DEPO and was told that DEPO didn't provide the analyst with any guidance beyond public information. So how is it that seemingly hundreds of people know about this two days ahead of the release. I'm delighted by the rise in DEPO and the news release. But, I sure hope that the SEC is watching.
