My thoughts of Winspear (WSP.v/$0.82) have not changed. It should be
accumulated aggressively under $1.00. Drilling has finally started and the
selling created by a combination of bad weather, Bob Bishop's primary
and secondary class of subscribers, and month end margin selling is now
over. We should see the stock strengthen based on its geological
potential. WSP has no near term political risk, management risk, or
financial risk. The only risk it holds is geological risk - backed with
successful results to date. This is the ideal situation one looks for when
investing in junior exploration companies.

This is from The Resource Indicator. Don't know anything about it
or its credibility but I like what it says.
