Your reasoning is badly phrased. I'm not sure I understand your point. Didn't Intel say they see demand for PCs still growing at about 15% p.a.? How is that fewer machines? Could be fewer revenue dollars, I'll grant, but the industry has lived with declining prices since the day it was born.

The sad part of our silly debate is that I'm probably at least as bearish as either of you on the market. But with market valuations at all time highs, I'd rather that my few long positions were stocks that had already been beaten down by the market, not the ones that are trading at 50+ times sales with no earnings. Less downside, you know?

I did write some more calls against GTW this morning, but I'm not unloading all my longs. Consider it a hedge against the mania.
