My problem with OCR is it's trading with a pretty high PE, if it should take a dive the CPRX shares are worth even less.. Take a look at NOVN, a small pharmaceutical company in S. Florida. They have some interesting 'irons in the fire', and a bright management. I think I'll exchange my shares in CPRX for NOVN. Fred

kenteen:By May 22,1998 supposedly 4 1/2for each CPRX or more if Omnicare's price is different. I don't know the details. Here is what I did---bought at 2 3/4and sold at 4. I was scolded because I knew what the conditions were and I would have gotten more money.$5000.00 profit was O.K. by me. I've ridden this stock in the 11's down to below 2. At 2 3/4 I bought. I am ashamed to say that I still own some at 7 3/4. I know I'll take a good licking on these. I'm not buying any more.If something happens, down to 2 I will be back in. I did this twice while all my friends held on. That's my thoughts Steve
