My guess is that LGND will select a drug. I think they'd rather have another drug in their arsenal than cash, imho.

What do you think?

And what's up with AOL. Why is the street in love with this company and not LGND?

Don't get pushy Tony, I'm still waiting for those great articles in the popular press. Not that I'm complaining about the nice price move but with all the strengths we hear about why the damn move down from $17 and long crawl back.

While I agree that this is bad news for Compaq - and ought to have some effect on Dell since it could mean more price pressure - I am not so sure it will be bad for the market as a whole.

Not that I am completely shrugging it off mind you. I'll be interested in seing how things go Monday. And be sure to look at the Nikkei and possibly at the European bourses on Monday morning. For me, this is pretty easy due to the time difference :-)
