Tom, GAAP defines what's a true lease and what's debt. Whether to consider them as adding to financial risk or not is a judgement call. But it is not reasonable to say that all leases should be treated like debt. In any case, I don't recall hearing anyone here say that they are rushing out to buy BKS or BGP stock. I know that I have never argued that they are undervalued. We have argued that AMZN is seriously overvalued, even based on the rosy assumptions you bulls make, and that the assumptions you take for granted should not be (taken for granted). Regards, Bob
