Du and NW.... I see no reason for this stock to do anything but languish for 6 months, once it finds bottom. Best case scenario for bottom is 22, IMHO. The DEC earnings thing is a major concern. I haven't been to the DEC thread, but I'm certain that they are rallying forces to squelch the deal. There is just NOTHING good here, plain and simple. Stephen
