larry, with the channel stuffed, intel wondering where demand went, the boxmakers all posting losses or breakeven qs save one and taiwan ramping up beaucoup production in drams it shouldn't be easy to miss the forest. for those that do, this may impact korea, but not really the overall market, imho. it is a bill pushed by those chip companies that can not compete in a free market. they want to sell you dram for higher than market prices b/c they can't compete. and they want you to be glad you are paying more and want you to support them ;-)
