Eric,
Being that it is Friday, I hope Joe has left the office by now although I've known him to be there many nights after 10:00 p.m.. I believe the general rule of thumb is somewhere around 45 days after the end of the quarter. Let's say the middle of May. This date is subject to any filing of a late extension. This is quite normal with companies that are global in structure with subsidiaries in various countries and/or those in the M/A scenario that might close deals close to the end of the particular quarter. In the past 2 years DCI has been excellent at getting out their Q's within the usual time frame. Hope this helps.
"Grupo Brad"
P.S.--- Keep in mind, this will also be the end of the current fiscal year.
