Houston, we have a problem....

The question now, for a reasonable investor, should be how low SHOULD things drop. The next question is at what prices to buy.

I stated m.o. earlier that INTC deserves a haircut to 65. Now, i believe CPQ should sell at 22, which would be a price to sales multiple of 1.3 or so. Anything less is very cheap. Yes, prices can and do get lower than very cheap.

INTC at 65 and cpq at 22 infers to me a naz drop of 15-20% from the highs. That brings us to 1430-1520.

I will buy carefully below 1600, if it happens, but save enough to buy mostly under 1550.

Teri, Watch the Point and Figure Site, P &F Madness, Tom Dorsey's Intern. I will post weekly the sector percentiles and when we have a reversal in the 10week moving average. I was happy to see this slight setback this week since it was in my self interest--that is it was taking me to the date when I will be in the 20% tax bracket (18 months) for a possible sell. Remember, we are in the tax selling season. I am also, watching what Big Buck is saying.

Just my $.02.
