Tom, Actually, I can tell you that someone at the SEC should have become aware of something suspicious at GIFS in Aug, 1996. A local attorney who I have spoken with represented a client who was involved in some litigation against IMXS from its previous incarnation. She apparently became concerned about GIFS buying IMXS and wrote a letter to the SEC. You see, she used to work for the SEC herself. So the SEC was given written notice that something was up in Fall, 1996. Regards, Ron
