Bill my take is 5.00 is good but the book value is more important.
Even if we go small cap we don't loose that much. With the value of fnet increasing every day what you see as book verses ftel stock value is not exactly correct. It can be looked at many days to sunday. With all the national listings taking place monthly and all the stocks that trade well below 5 the book value is the most important along with the
admin aspects of the requirements.I believe FTEL is serious about this and would'nt be jerking us around.some good orders would surely
be worth the listing though'Don't you think?BTW was not the company listed nationally before??

Bill,

I'm not sure if your post was directed to me or not but I'll give you my 2 cents worth.

My understanding of the 5 dollar requirement is that their is some level of tolerance on NASDAQ's part. The price was above 5 for something near 15-20 days at the time of the application and the recent downward pressure has been directly related to Meyerson's selling of their holdings.

I believe "guilty with an explanation" is all that would be required if the recent price comes under question. I'm sure we would still be at that level if Meyerson continued to hold.
