FRANK, in response to your question about negotiations with US Filter, I am not directly involved, but from my discussions with professional contacts, I know that high level discussions are in progress. I believe that all expectations of the TTRIF news release will be achieved eventually. I would not expect to see thirty new projects committed during the next year. However, with 95% probability, I think we will see two or three joint projects announced in New England during 1998. I know that nobody got fired because of the preliminary announcement, and in fact, I think the New England executives have now communicated the facts to their headquarters office. I would expect to see a joint announcement from US Filter and TTRIF concerning the new projects within the next few months. Best regards, Cliff Maki
