Francis, I think it's best to wait until late April to buy Intel or any techs for that matter. Techs usually correct around this time (already started). With tax season upon us there won' be as much money to go into the market (April). If you have a lot of money to put in and have a low commission broker you may want to start now and keep adding over the next couple of months. Also, if you really want hold this company for the long term just buy it when you have the money (you will be rewarded).

Windows 98 is going to be released (I think around June), Intel stock usually rises when a major product is released.
