James,
The idea and formula are simple, it amazes me that we did not think of it. It is logical that the values are related. It removes trying to compare relative values to another major city. Formula takes into account the difference in A block territory size from the B block territory size. In fact the more I look at it. the more it makes sense. What am I missing?

James,
Correct me if I am wrong,

$105,623,800 / 16,000,000 = 6.60 a share based on the license alone.

Bidding is not over and NY price could go higher. NYMA is more valuable then NY area being bid on at this point. I think this could work out just fine. If not now, when LMDS systems are deployed elsewhere, and the public become more aware of it.

Chicago: 55.20/6.96 = 7.93 PMSA Value: $110,067,550 = $6.88/share
San Fran: 31.10/6.51 = 4.78 PMSA Value:$56,911,300 = $3.56/share
Phil.: 32.13/7.22 = 4.45 PMSA Value: $51,342,550 = $3.21/share
L.A.: 36.01/13.46 = 2.68 PMSA Value: $21,473,800 = $1.34/share
Dallas: 24.13/7.71 = 3.13 PMSA Value: $29,067,550 = $1.82/share
Boston: 34.24/3.28 = 10.43 PMSA Value: $152,255,050 = $9.52/share

I'm not too sure what you've done here, but the way I get it, you've tried to visualize what the share price for CVUS would be if the ratio of A license to B license values were the same as in other cities.
129.43/16.88 = 7.66 would be the equivalent factor for NY, (using pastramiman's formula) right? 129.38= B X (1150/150)
I still can't see where you get those PMSA values though. Are they calculations or bid values from the auction? If they are bid values, then what are the numbers used in calculating the ratios you've shown? I know I'm missing something. Thanks for the effort helping me to realize the value.
