James, The idea and formula are simple, it amazes me that we did not think of it. It is logical that the values are related. It removes trying to compare relative values to another major city. Formula takes into account the difference in A block territory size from the B block territory size. In fact the more I look at it. the more it makes sense. What am I missing? NW

James, Correct me if I am wrong, $105,623,800 / 16,000,000 = 6.60 a share based on the license alone. Bidding is not over and NY price could go higher. NYMA is more valuable then NY area being bid on at this point. I think this could work out just fine. If not now, when LMDS systems are deployed elsewhere, and the public become more aware of it. NW

Are they calculations or bid values from the auction? If they are bid values, then what are the numbers used in calculating the ratios you've shown? I know I'm missing something. Thanks for the effort helping me to realize the value.
