Thanks for your response. I wasn't talking about ASND specific rumors, though, just market catastrophe rumors generally. I guess it is human nature -- fear -- that explains why rumors of catastrophe succeed while rumors of fantastic riches don't.

Given this stock now is stated to be on "Day Traders Online" list,

I had forgotten that fact in todays frenzy...given I posted it here also. I guess its the Zen thing...I like to keep my mind clear at all times<g>

But, this could have significant effect...I remember when they recommended shorting Rambus....down 20 points in a day!
