Scott, He is being fair...there were questions raised about the grant so to make sure his shareholder have no doubt of his intentions he just gave back 20 % of the company...Now your telling me you have a problem with that....well if your short stock, I guess you should be.

Scott, if you bother to follow standard company incentive procedures, you would recognize the fact that this is the first step to a buyback.
They have just eliminated the dilution of the future float by 1 mil shares. Mr Ahroni still needs to get compensated his one million shares. At the moment, how do you suppose the stockholders... us long guys... are going to authorize the company to come by these shares?
Step 2, to be forthcoming immediately, is the requsest and authorization of a buyback to compensate Mr Ahroni.

If you're fast on Monday morning, you may be able to cover your short without losing everything.
