Jeff,
Mr Pino returned my calls this morning, but I was at the hospital and my nurse answered. So I did not get to talk to him.
I have read you all's posts. It would be helpful if any of your friends who know the company directly would tell you something.
I still don't know what to do either.
Have you thought of shorting some shares? That would at least protect us from further downside while the company is keeping us in the dark.
So if they release the final news and the stocks goes down, we make money to compensate for the losses, if the news are better than expected and the stock goes up, we lose on the shorted shares, but gain on the long ones and can then hold them longer if things look better. Just an idea (read an article about this on Smart Money few mos ago).
Since I never shorted anything, would welcome some advice.
good luck,
Alfredo
