They are diluting the stock like crazy in order to stay in business.

Also, where do these shares go? These are 3 million shares even it is issued at the lowest price at 2 1/16, it is $6 million, 15 times of the "profit" reported? If the shares are issued for working capital, it can be traced in the balance sheet. Either they finance the increase of inventory, receivable, or bank balance, or we pay down bank debt or major acquisition. But I did not see that in balance sheet, any help?
