Gary - This was all I could find on Florida from the 10-K -

"Florida-------
The Company acquired and subsequently sold four Florida bingo centers during 1995 and early 1996 due to legal problems. The Company has not had any involvement in the operation of these bingo centers since their sale, but has collected note payments from their sale. In early 1997, the Company, pursuant to its Florida legal settlement, transferred ownership of three of the four notes to a third party."

I don't know if they'd even want to try to go back into Florida, considering the bitter taste it left in their mouths 2 years ago. (And the dent in their pocketbook).

Gary==

I agree. The situation in Venezuela is so unstable that that would not be a prudent venture, based on the current stratergy that BNGO is following. I still have a lot of concern over what the REAL problem is in the V=Land project. I suspect that it is more than we have been lead to believe. The other projects,internet gaming and the sales of the Vapriel line of Bingo equipment would require a major change in focus if we were to be involved. I think what people from NRAG are looking for is some sort of financial aid from BNGO (Because of the money from the Warrant call).NRAG is currently in desperate need of cash. I believe people are thinking that NRAG would continues to pursue their projects and BNGO gets a payback on their investment at least equivalent to their current 30%ROI and an equity position of some sorts. This is carries high risk in case the NRAG projects don't pan out.

It seems to me with all the uncertainty that AB&G is dealing with at the current time that this would not be the time for that kind of venture. IMHO On the other hand Gaines Borland was hired to aid in financial direction and they may be exploring some sort of arrangements that carries less risk , yet would be a cushion in case the S.C. VGM's go away.
