David and Harold,

Great posts ! They sum up the situation quite well.

Dan and John, there is definitely news to report; Chip's note says that. For whatever reason Chip says they have chosen to wait until they file their report and announce all news at once. No matter how good there past quarter has been, they will be filing an annual report which will document a VERY BAD YEAR. For once I am taking a page from David U's sceptical book and guessing that they feel the need as much "good news surprise" to cushion the blow of a very negative report. New contracts/increased backlog will be one element of that surprise; hopefully higher earnings on increased revenues will be the other. I do not agree with this approach because stock support price is driven by investors with very short attention spans. But hey, I'm not running EXSO.

To give you an idea of their track record in the area of news release punctuality, we believe EXSO came to an agreement with their largest creditor, APS, is late Oct. The news release did not occur until Nov.

Harold: "fist pounding buy ?" I loved that description ! Very visual. I'm only 40, but the first thing that came to my mind was "shoe pounding, a la Nikita K. at the U.N." My opinion is just that, an opinion driven by Chip's response to Kenny's questions and back in Dec when someone on the AOL board called Susan Adams. However, Zeev seems to think that EXSO stock is undervalued too, based on his ".10 is a bargain" assessment. I guess we need Zeev to tell us what, in his opinion constitutes a bargain ? In the case of EXSO, I bet it means a chance at a 3 or 4 bagger. Many investors, if convinced that EXSO will be trading in the .80 range in 6 months, would be very happy to pay .50 - .60 for the stock.

Dave, March 31 is the deadline for their report, right ? So that marks the latest day we have to wait. But nothing prevents them from releasing a report sooner. I say it will be before the 20th. The quarter ended in Dec. They should know how they did by now.

Regards,
Chris
