DaveF, the 1000000 warrant's he gave up(until the next board meeting) were well out of the money so non dilutive at this point, however he still does have over 1,000,000(boy that's a lot of zero's)warrants in the money. I won't predict the future, although I would agree that him giving up the warrants MIGHT be mildly positive, however time will tell, I would suspect it's a desperate scheme to try and reassure share holders. Really what has Amos given up, some out of the money warrants until the next board meeting, which he controls. That's like me saying that I will unschedule my summer vacation until April.
