Why would Donner need all the big dollars ?? in SVB they are well covered in the joint venture claims department, and besides, TECK is doing all the drilling. large private placements also drive your "shares issued" out of wack??? If they took out a large private placement it would also make me wonder if they owed the money to all those joint venture companies they are tied in with over the last couple of years????
