Surfer, thanks for pointing out the OUTSTANDING Mar/Apr Harvard Business Review article on Dell (interview with Michael). TO ALL: If you're an investor in this company, you should read this article to understand why DELL is so successful. It clearly explains their business operational model and strategies. If you're in management or run your own business, read this article to see the future. DELL has the business model that every company will be looking to implement in the next few years.
