Well David, my broker is/was Schwab. Was gonna change to Waterhouse and now you tell me they don't have much supply.

Actually I do have an excellent short candidate, that isn't even a tech stock but will be part of the April 98 massacre. It's not small and I'm not influential but I won't release it til I take a position myself. Two reasons, first I'm greedy, second I won't promote a position that I don't have my own money on the line in. The web has a long memory.

I giggle about YHOO being a "safe haven" now that all the chip and box makers are crashing. Yes, the market may shrug off one or two of these, but they will keep coming like a flood in the next 60 days.

I have had good experience in shorting XCIT and SEEK. I shorted YHOO today, borrowing shares from waterhouse. Hope it will be as profitable as the last two. I am long term long, but short term short internet stocks. This sector simply is in "Irrational Exuberant" condition.
