Mr. Bruss: So now, since you still haven't read the 8k (just pieces of it you read in a post somewhere deep in the net), you acknowledge that several of your posts were false and not based upon any research, right? Will you admit that you "lied" about the announcement of a 1 million share buy back after the close yesterday, or will you just attack this comment in your inimitable, albeit desperate style? "Any idiot knows...", or something to that effect? I suspect the latter, you being such a fragile and desperate soul. Before you decide, sir, let me remind you of all your accusations, threats of SEC action, slander suits, etc. concerning posts by others on this thread. As they say, "what goes around, comes around", and it would be a great pleasure to for many on this thread to present a suitable retort to that gaping mouth of yours. And if the SEC is really monitoring this thread, I'm sure your falsehood will be just as apparent to them as it is to me. You, sir, are a liar. Plain and simple.Message 3629734 False, nothing more nothing less. What's really sad is, the poor Zman believed you. Should we have sympathy for the Zman because he believed what he read? Surely you would since you spent the better part of the past two days counting posts (really pathetic, I might add), lecturing and scolding us all that it was appropriate for "people do their DD by reading these threads". I don't have a clue where this stock is going from here, and I don't much care (with a few exceptions because there are some longs on this thread who seem like decent folks who have suffered significant losses). But with hype like you spread, Mr. Bruss, I am not optimistic. I've seen too much of it in the pennies. So, please, Mr. Bruss, go hype some other stock. Wait until this stock returns to the BB, and then you can do whatever you want with the Reg S stock you get for the pump and dump. But until then, follow your own advice and stick to the facts, if you have any (we are still waiting, and do not consider your latest falsehood a *FACT*). We know you get paid handsomely to make things up about the companies that seek out your assistance, but just find another stock, please. This stock doesn't need a huckster, hypester, internet stock promoter right now. The company is doing a fine job all by itself. BTW, how does it make you feel to have stock in a company that seemingly makes all of it's decisions about your investment by responding to suggestions from these threads. First, a press release when several shareholders called Mitch and screamed, and now a withdrawal of an option package to Amos. Sounds like they are running for office, not running a company. Good luck, hot shot.
