People talk about the voice traffic carried by PBX's being merged with the data traffic in IP-type networks, but PBX's are in no way capable of performing the duties of an ATM switch. I'm just trying to help here...

If that's the case, I'm greatly relieved. I'd asked because someone posted there was a threat.
