Stockjet, We already have the DELL $120 and $130 March naked calls sold, so now we are moving up the ladder! You are right to buy the in the money calls or as close to the strike price as you can to get the most benefit of buying options! In my situation I'm better off to sell the ones farther out which will bring the most premium for the time value! Wish we could meet in the middle someway, so if you would look at the $140 I may look at that one too! As of now looks as if we will go short DELL at $120, but the $130 may be too close to call right now! Hank
