I am in favor of MVSI employing an investment banker.
They are helpfull in putting buyers and sellers together.
They can help sell the MVS laser div.
Likewise, they can help find acquisitions for MVSI.
They can advise where to borrow the money or if additional equity is best.

MVSI needs these services as do many other corps.
However, there is a difference between providing these services and promoting one's stock. There are many crap brokerage houses that call themselves investment bankers. They usually make a market in issues that they had brought public. They promote the stk and profit on their trading of the stk in these cos. while also obtaining fees from them.

I don't know anything about Bluestone.
The big investment houses don't promote stks---they help make the deals happen.

So what I said was they may just there to make the deals happen as stated in the news release----and not promote the stk as suggested by others on this thread.

This is just my opinion.
