James, I agree, revenue growth is a key. However, DCI has to maintain a delicate balancing act between growing revenues (both with existing divisions and potential M&As), minimizing share holder dilution, building infrastructure and pushing towards positive net margins. I have no idea what is the right mix to maximize the value of the company for a perspective buyer. I do know that this is when having a strong management team makes all the difference. JJ
