Truman, I too await BB's verdict, but I'm afraid we didn't have enough bloodletting this past week for the "healthy" pullback that Bob has indicated is possible here. Perhaps more bloodletting of a magnitude of several percentage points would be necessary to reinforce this market.

Ken- -welcome.

Thanks, Truman, I2, and Justa for the welcomes. And especially Truman for all the (undeserved, but appreciated) superlatives.

I really do wish the posts here could be a bit friendlier and less personal (that sounds like a contradiction, doesn't it? :-). But I recall a response from Don to me a few weeks back that caused me to reply in kind (but NOT kindly), so I understand how these "You're so STUPID you couldn't ..." messages happen.

I wish I could keep up with this board more often, but you folks are so prolific, and my time is so limited. Thanks for everyone's participation.

Ken

Truman :

Please note that the "ad hominem" attacks and the vituperation have come mostly from those who profess to be supporters of Brinker, and in particular, from the "venerable veteran" whom you salute in every other post of yours. Those who are skeptical of Brinker have, by and large, kept to the point, and refrained from making any personal attacks. But the same cannot be said of the other side.

If anybody wants this thread to be a "Brinker Admiration Society", they can start a private mailing list or something. This is the Internet, for Heaven's sake! You have got to live with the fact that there will be people looking at both sides of the issue.
