shane, Small tool vendors must Specialize: Absolutely! Late Sam Walton, the founder of Wal-Mart, said exactly the same thing to his Bentonville(sp) small shop owners who were struggling due to giant Wal-Mart in town. "I once was running a small shop like yours. I understand your pain. We can coexist only if you specialize your shops......" Like my late dad from Korea used to tell his youngest baby.
