bob,
At $23 I will not use all my cash reserve. I will buy 20% of what I want to add. Think there will be a rush to sell or buy. I wait and see what happens next. If price goes lower after first reactions, I will buy 20% more, and so fourth, and so on. Before the announcement, I felt $25 was a steal. Now, I think $20 is possible, but I'm not holding my breath.

Shares I have now are core holdings. A number of the shares cost a little less then $20.That is my basis for the possible $20 opportunity. I may try my hand at trading on these added shares. Depends on what happens in market. Right now this is the best opportunity I see, but I don't have time to research a lot of stocks.

I also own a few shares INTC. It is also a good buy at this point.
