Rambabu, I can not go into details of my DD on SEEC. I read, call knowledgeable folks and analyse the financials before deciding where to invest in a serious manner. I like to be ahead of everyone by 2-3 months in my buying pattern. Now why SEEC? One of the main reason is that season to invest in tool vendors is coming due to timing issues of y2k problems. I had to make a choice between PTUS,ACLY,SEEC and host of other players. I like the growth pattern and confidence of the management in meeting their goals.I expect EPS to be between 17 and 19 cents this quarter. The stock is owned by 30+ institutions or 33% of the outstanding stock. Street expectations of growth rate is 35% which is great because I think it will be beaten handsomely. The stock took a hit due to its Secondary which it issued on Feb. 13 at $20 per share. Most was sold in Europe. A good buying range for this stock is between 16.5 to 20 dollars. Resistance is around 22. See it fly when it breaks its resistance level.
