Eli, I agree with most of your statement except the discounting of the subordinated note. You may be right, but it will depend very strongly on the credit worthiness of the borrower, and since it is a start up company, I doubt that normal financial institutions will discount or factor this note. I hope that the cost of building the 1000 machine is a little less than the actual cash received so that GRNO need not go out and find money for the difference in cost and what they are actually getting paid on the spot.
