Same thing happened to me the other night.

I just deleted the file in the cache directory and downloaded again to make it work.

The file is downloaded as *.QPL and, if it is good, renamed to *.ZIP, moved to the Q+DAT dir, unzipped and processed.
Try again after deleting the *.qpl. Can also try the BB.
